“I believe the roots of emotional well-being begin in our very first relationships. I’m continually amazed by how early experiences shape the brain—and equally inspired by the brain’s ability to heal and grow through meaningful connection, no matter your child’s age or circumstances.”

Supporting Children and Parents in the Moments That Matter

When a child struggles, it’s natural for parents to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or even disconnected. Big emotions—like sadness, anger, or fear—don’t just affect kids. They ripple through the entire family system. As a child and family therapist, I help create a space where your child feels safe to express those feelings and where you feel supported as a parent. It’s not about perfection; it’s about connection.

Using developmentally appropriate, attachment-focused therapy approaches, I guide families through moments of challenge toward deeper trust, resilience, and emotional regulation.

My Approach: Brain-Based, Relationship-Centered, and Trauma-Informed

I specialize in working with children ages 0–12, always with a strong emphasis on the parent-child relationship. Through a combination of play therapy, parent support, and evidence-based interventions, we collaborate to help your child—and your relationship with them—grow stronger.

My therapeutic lens integrates:

Each of these approaches centers your child’s nervous system, emotional development, and need for safety—and recognizes that healing happens in relationships.

Who I Work With

  • Infants and Toddlers (0–3): I work with parent-child dyads in real-time, supporting secure attachment, emotional attunement, and developmentally grounded caregiving.

  • Children (3–12): Through play-based therapy and collaborative parent sessions, we help your child explore emotions, build skills, and improve connection at home.

  • Adults: Healing is possible at any stage. We work together to make sense of past experiences, build emotional resilience, and create more integrated ways of being.

  • Parents & Families: Whether you’re navigating transitions, challenges, or just seeking stronger connection, I offer insight, developmental guidance, and skills to support your parenting values.

  • Teachers & Educators: I provide reflective support to educators, helping them understand classroom dynamics and connect more deeply with the children they serve.
